THE NAME & LOGO
MUSAEK, meaning "colorless" in Korean, reflects a space shaped by the quiet coexistence of many, open to change yet consistent in spirit.
The arched logo mirrors the curve of the bar: an open form inviting conversation and connection, subtly shifting with the atmosphere and the menu.
THE COCKTAILS
Our cocktail program is built around the philosophy of musaek — nearly colorless in appearance, yet layered with depth and character. Through careful clarification, each drink is stripped to its purest form, while Korean ingredients root every sip in heritage and intention. In collaboration with The Macallan, classic compositions are reimagined through the MUSAEK lens.

Chef's signature dishes feature Korean seaside fare — raw, chilled, and warm — capturing the ocean's clean brininess, natural sweetness, and delicate textures. From pristine raw selections to comforting broths, each plate honors Korea's coastal traditions while embracing a modern sensibility.
